Nicole Derner was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, where she earned her degree in accounting before pursuing new opportunities in California. After relocating, she founded and served as CEO of Bohemian Crystal Glass, an import company specializing in crystal chandeliers and fine glassware from Prague. She successfully grew the company into several retail locations before selling the business and transitioning into luxury real estate.
