A realtor since 1983 and a broker since 1989, Sue also has nearly thirty years working with people in the field of education. She taught middle school in the Huntington Beach City School District at Dwyer, Gisler, and Sowers. Many area residents remember Sue as the administrative assistant who represented builders and resale agents at the Information Center, 28281 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel. Designations include SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute) and Master of Arts degree.

Sue is active in her church, Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, South Coast Symphony Alliance, Riviera Club, Laguna Niguel Soroptimist Club, PEO, Orange County Board of Realtors, and Beacon Hill Homeowners Associations. She has served on Government Affairs, Grievance, and Professional Standards Committees.
