Barbara lunched her real estate career in 2005, when, while selling her own home, every buyer and agent who met her said “you should be a realtor!”  So by incorporating her prior experience in sales, marketing and technology (as the VP of Sales/Marketing for an Apple Computer K-12 consulting company) she joined Coldwell Banker in 2006 and has been a consistent top producer ever since.

Sellers and buyers appreciate Barbara’s exceptional communication skills, negotiating expertise and ability to orchestrate transactions smoothly from beginning to end.  She takes her motto “Looking Out For You” seriously by keeping an eye on real estate market trends, working diligently to find buyers homes in a tough market, and by developing compelling marketing plans and leveraging online media to sell her listings for the highest price possible.
