Jake Manning

Aloha driven and relationship centered, I came into real estate through a lifetime of service, hands-on work, and entrepreneurship. My background includes hospitality roles as a bartender and concierge, along with building and operating several home-service businesses — including security and Wi-Fi installation, TV wall mounting and set up, handyman work, property maintenance, and window cleaning in Palo Alto. Working closely with homeowners over the years taught me that trust, communication, and follow-through matter most.

I was born and raised in Maui, and after my family lost our home in the Lahaina wildfires, my understanding of what home truly means became deeply personal. That experience shaped how I approach this work today — with empathy, steadiness, and commitment. I believe real estate is not just about transactions, but about helping people move forward, rebuild, and create new chapters with confidence.

My goal is to build real relationships, give clear guidance, and show up fully for every client I serve.
