Originally from China, Flora graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an engineering degree. Her previous careers as an industrial engineer, data analyst, and Bay Area reporter equipped her with the skills of a shrewd agent, including analytical thinking and deep insights into the region's neighborhoods. She moved to the Bay Area in 2011, bought her first property that year, and sold it a few years later at double the value. After repeating that success with a second property, Flora's friends began seeking her real estate advice, and she eventually earned her license.

Flora wanted to use her worthwhile experiences and successes to help others achieve the same security and financial freedom as she has. Further notable is her negotiating savvy, which even saved a buyer an impressive $80K in a heated market. And when you work with Flora, you get the support of her equally resourceful team.

Flora is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®. A mother to two girls, she loves her daughters' interest in her career and teaching them about independence and hard work. This experience is reminiscent of when she accompanied her own mother — a former real estate agent — around town when she was younger. In her downtime, Flora enjoys dancing, drawing, and meditation. She's also a polyglot who speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese
