Jo Ann and her son, Jarrett, have joined together to form Team Fishpaw. Jo Ann chose to combine her sixteen years of financial experience and twenty years of successful residential real estate with Coldwell Banker because of its impeccable reputation in the community not only for marketing the most property in the area but also for doing so in the most professional and ethical manner. Specializing in real estate finance in the past, Jo Ann has considerable knowledge of fluctuating market trends, title companies, appraisers and financial institutions. Jarrett holds a Masters of Science in Applied Economics and Finance. Having served 4 years on the Los Altos City Council, Including a full term as Mayor, his experience and relationships with leaders from every city in the Bay Area provides clients with in-depth knowledge of the area.

Personal Background

Jo Ann has lived in Los Altos since 1976 and has had personal exposure to what it is like to buy and sell a home in this area. Jarrett, formerly employed at Cisco Systems, now enjoys both the high intensity and diversity of work found in Real Estate. When he is not wearing a bow tie, Jarrett is coaching the Egan Junior High School Wrestling team.
