David Wallace

David Wallace brings more than seven years of commercial real estate experience to Coldwell Banker, with a background spanning multifamily acquisitions, ground-up development, Acq./Rehab Re-syndications, underwriting, financing, and transaction execution. As a Senior Development Associate with DevCo Residential Development Group, David has helped close more than 12 apartment development transactions totaling over 1,800 units, including both new-construction and acquisition/rehabilitation projects. He is also actively involved in four additional transactions (700+ units) in the Phoenix market, 2 of which have already closed.

David holds a bachelor’s degree with double concentrations in Accounting and Finance, providing him with a strong analytical foundation and a sophisticated understanding of real estate valuation, investment strategy, market conditions, and deal structuring. He brings this institutional-level experience to residential real estate sales in Silicon Valley, helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand the financial implications of their decisions, and navigate each transaction with confidence.
