Our 300 agents work together to to help each other accomplish the very best for our sellers and buyers.

I love working with my clients and have many repeat clients over the years. Whether it be a mobile home or a multi-million dollar home I treat each clients time, dreams, wants, needs and resources as if they were my own. My intention is to make sure that your transaction process goes as smoothly and enjoyably as possible. My goal is to get the highest possible price for my sellers home. For my buyers, to win the crazy multiple offer situations and begin your new life as a homeowner in a home that brings joy to the whole family.  

Marketing background:
Prior to my Real Estate career, I spent six years in marketing communications management at a semiconductor company where I was responsible for advertising, marketing and public relations. These skills have contributed to my strength in marketing and selling properties for my real estate clients. My extensive experience in project management, negotiating with vendors and distribution channels, and coordinating events, all contribute to my ability to focus on the many important details it takes to bring an escrow to close smoothly, and to provide efficient and effective communication with all parties involved.

Entrepreneurial experience:
For over 15 years, I owned and managed Hagen Graphics, a design and marketing company based in Los Gatos and specializing in both high-tech needs and new construction marketing for apartments and condominiums. Among my clients were Amdahl, Apple Computers, IBM, Claris, and BW Construction. My design background helps me work with sellers to stage their property with a minimum of expense and a maximum of creativity to enhance salability.

Personal real estate experience:
I was happily busy with my life and might never have bought my own home, but for my realtor friend who encouraged me and held my hand throughout the process. Now I want everyone to have this opportunity for financial stability and opportunity.
