Ren Smith is a Malibu real estate agent and founder of Mobile Homes Malibu, known for his deep expertise, strategic approach, and highly personalized representation throughout Malibu and Southern California. With more than 20 years of experience, Ren has represented hundreds of clients through over 500 real estate transactions, from first-time home purchases and luxury estates to investment properties and Malibu’s distinctive manufactured home communities.

Ren has developed a particular expertise in Paradise Cove, Point Dume Club, and Malibu’s surrounding mobile home communities. As both a real estate professional and a Malibu resident, he brings firsthand knowledge of the nuances that make these properties unique, including park approvals, space rent, financing, renovations, property values, and off-market opportunities.
