Now about me personally... I have a lovely family who I LOVE to spend time with including a beautiful wife, two boys, a girl, 6 brothers and 5 sisters (I'm the oldest). I've lived in the So Cal area since moving here from St Paul, MN in 1992 at 17 years old. I lived in the Valley where I went to CSUN (majored in Music Industry marketing 2000-2004). I have lived from Ventura County to Long Beach. I am familiar with just about the whole city, Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County (South). Prior to Real Estate I worked in the music industry, both as a performer and at a major record label in marketing and production. After a short stint in the music industry I went into the public education field, as a teacher in inner city schools around the South Los Angeles and Central Los Angeles areas (San Pedro to Watts). I spearheaded a campaign to save the North Torrance Little league and was successful. I have helped homeowners slow development in their neighborhoods when able to and care about community. I publish a monthly newsletter to 6,000 homes in North Torrance, as well as Manhattan Beach, and help with other community needs when they arise. I started and ran Zeller Baseball, a baseball organization, and have helped hundreds of local Los Angeles kids to play baseball who can't afford it through the South Bay primarily. In addition to training my two boys and their teammates. My passion and hobby is still music for fun and enjoyment and I love to chat it up with people. The only concerts I play now are in my back yard, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and the bedroom for my kids.
