Nicholas Philipp

I have been a Licensed REALTOR® since 2007. I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and I am a graduate of the University of Iowa. Forever proud to be a Hawkeye, I follow my alma mater in sports and I am a fan of all professional sports teams in Chicago.

While still searching for my calling in life, I worked with several talented carpenters, building custom homes from framing construction to finish carpentry and I also remodeled existing homes. During this time, I developed an affinity for quality construction and an eye for detail.

I followed an upward trajectory into real estate sales and found my passion as a REALTOR®, developing relationships with people and creating favorable outcomes for all of my clients. In addition to working with traditional buyers and sellers, I served as the exclusive agent to a custom home builder in Iowa and I built a resume of experience providing expert advice to investors focused on remodeling projects.

After 9 years of real estate sales experience in the mid-west, in 2016, I followed my dreams to Southern California and quickly became immersed in the local market, committing to buyers and sellers in the South Santa Monica Bay and beyond. I currently live with my wife and young daughter in the South Bay where Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach meet and I spend my free time enjoying the Beach cities with my young family.
