Patty Haught

Ms. Haught has been in the Real Estate Industry in the South Bay for over 40 years.  She was a multi million dollar producer for one of the world's largest Title Insurance Companies for over twenty years and ended her title insurance career as a Vice President of the most profitable title insurance company in Southern California.  Ms. Haught majored in business with an emphasis in sales, advertising and marketing.  

She has been in the residential real estate field since 1979 and in perseverance of her dream of building homes Ms. Haught developed her first real estate project of two "sand section" town homes in 1997.  During her "spec building" career she completed several highly successful development projects with an aggregate market value of $22.9 million dollars.  Some of her building projects included a 3360 square foot Nantucket Cape Cod single family residence in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach, a 4400 square foot Old World Tuscan Villa in the prestigious "American Martyr's" area of the Tree Section in Manhattan Beach and two free standing town homes in the north end "Sand Section" in Manhattan Beach.  

She has also built several three unit townhouse projects in North Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach. Patty is currently a Realtor with Real Estate West and has achieved successful results by employing both conventional and outside-the-box ideas. She is innovative, energetic, has invaluable building ideas and experience, is marketing oriented and was one of the first to specialize in Short Sales, Loan Modifications and is a Certified Negotiations Specialist.  Real Estate has always been her first love and is passionate about serving every client's individual needs.  Patricia takes great pride and is emphatic about personally servicing her listings and serving the wants and needs of each and every client.
