Joan Ulibarri has been in residential real estate since 2011 working exclusively with Tim Kerns.

Together Tim and Joan have been top producers in the Bay Area. Joan has lived and worked in the Bay Area her entire life along with volunteering in many community organizations.

Working directly with clients to prepare their homes for market and then helping them to find a new home is what she enjoys most. Having a strong team results in giving clients the very best results in this market.

As our team grows, Joan is transitioning into a supportive role and will also handle special referrals. Joan enjoys life with her husband, children, and six grandchildren.
