Also, an accomplished Human Resources professional, Florence was formerly Director of Human Resources at various institutions. She has published multiple articles in the HR space and is generally seen as a leader in her field by her peers. Through her work as an HR professional, Florence mastered the arts of conflict resolution, negotiation, and process management, making her the ideal real estate agent to represent clients in the competitive Marin County real estate market.

Originally from France, Florence attended La Sorbonne in Paris, where she earned her BS in International Trade and Foreign Affairs. When not dealing in real estate, Florence enjoys running Marin County's best trails and hanging out with her husband and two wonderful teenage boys.
