Tyler West

Tyler West is a fourth-generation Marin native with a deep connection to the community and a diverse background in real estate investment, acquisitions, and residential development. After graduating from Chapman University, Tyler began his career at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment sales and working with investors throughout the Bay Area.

He later joined City Ventures, a residential development company, where he worked across both acquisitions and development. In acquisitions, Tyler evaluated opportunities, conducted market research and financial analysis, worked with property owners and brokers, and helped negotiate transactions. He then transitioned into development, where he was involved in managing projects from acquisition through entitlement and construction, coordinating with consultants, and municipalities across the Bay Area.

Today, Tyler brings this investment and development perspective to residential real estate, giving his clients a broader understanding of the factors that influence a property's value, marketability, and long-term potential. His approach is centered on thoughtful guidance, strong communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships with his clients.

Outside of real estate, Tyler enjoys golf, skiing, fitness, music, food, and spending time with friends and family. He is passionate about living an active, well-rounded life and brings that same energy and curiosity to his work in real estate.
