Brooke Townsend

Brooke Townsend is a highly experienced residential real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving San Luis Obispo County and surrounding areas including Monterey and Santa Barbara counties. Licensed in California since 1978 (CA DRE #00813881), Brooke has completed nearly 500 transactions totaling approximately $250 million in career sales, averaging about 15 sales per year with an average sales price of $1.1 million.
