John Agresta was formerly the Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Northern California Morgan Hill and Gilroy offices. He is now happily retired but has many professional friends in the Real Estate industry. He is happy to refer you to an awesome realtor.

John and his wife Donna were top independent sales Agents for Coldwell Banker Morgan Hill from 1995 to 2001. John was then appointed Managing Broker for another Morgan Hill brokerage from 2001 until his return to Coldwell Banker in October of 2008.

John entered real estate in 1988 following a distinguished career as a teacher and high school administrator. He began his real estate business while continuing to work full time in education, eventually leaving entirely and devoting 100% of his talents and energy to building a very successful business. During his 13 years as an Independent Sales Associate, John was consistently one of the top listing and selling Agents in all of South County.

During his years as Managing Broker, John was responsible for identifying strong Agents and growing a very large brokerage. Whether selling, listing or focusing on operations, Johns pursuit of excellence has always been his standard.
