More about Chad Pape

Chad has been a resident of Irvine since 1977. Has been in the real estate industry since 1990. Specializing in Villages of Northwood, Altair, and Quail Hill Irvine; he has bought and sold in every village of Irvine thus far. His business takes him as far as San Jose all the way to San Diego. A unique selling identifier would be Chad's business plan is that of an assertive coach (buying or selling), based upon the need of the client he represents. "Without the client, my knowledge, more importantly, the experience will benefit nobody."Chad's line of sight process begins with the majority of Chad's clients consult with a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountant first (of the client's choice); in order to gain perspective of their short-term and long-term financial goals. "This is an important part of the process because this is their life; you must choose your path with as much information as possible in order for life to make your dreams or goals become a reality. When people actually go through this process, they are more committed to going through this painless process, and I have never, ever had anybody regret that they had as others have gone this way before."His educational background is in Marketing, Bachelors in Management, Marketing, and Economics. He encourages and promotes continuous education and usually attends a class or two. Furthermore, he also has been a guest speaker at many different seminars for his interpretation of the housing markets for Orange County and Los Angeles Counties. Chad's travels have taken him far around the world in order to gain a worldly perspective (and to grow up) even though he resides in Irvine (the most diverse city in the nation). He donates to education, Cancer Research, Ironman Foundation, Raising a Reader Foundation, and Shriners Hospital. His hobbies include (but are not limited to), spending time with the family, participating in Ironman Triathlons, Marathons, Waterski competitions, working on hot rods, going to open houses, and lastly, merchandising houses (staging), networking, bringing people together, helping out a distressed worthy brother his widow or orphans.
