      I was first licensed as a Real Estate agent on my 18^th birthday, under the strict supervision of my parents, who founded Keystone Realty in 1962. It was engrained in me, to always do the best for the client, and never give up when the deals get tough.  That philosophy has served me and my clients well to this day. 

 

      While I was working, selling real estate, I was also going to college, and working nights at McDonnel Douglas in Long Beach.  When duty called, I enlisted in the Naval Air, serving at NAS Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field, and 2 years aboard the aircraft carrier, USS Midway, plus 2 years in the USN reserve. Upon my return back home to Long Beach, I obtained my Real Estate Broker License, and took over Keystone Realty as the owner/broker, from 1982-2000.

 

• I have worked in the capacity of the designated broker, for SeaCliff Realty in Huntington Beach. 

 

• Co-owner/broker of All Coast Brokers, Inc., in Huntington Beach.

 

• Merged All Coast Brokers, Inc., into Coldwell Banker Campbell Realtors, a franchise CB office in Huntington Beach.

 

• I am currently a Global Luxury Property Specialist, as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty Inc., with office affiliations in the areas of Newport Beach, South County, Huntington Beach and Long Beach.    

 

• I have brokered and or sold, over 1000 residential resale properties, 720 new tract home sales for developers, residential income properties, major land acquisitions for subdivision sales and land entitlements.

 

• I’m very adept at structuring multi-leg 1031 exchanges, financing strategies, structured installment sales, seller “carry backs” and other means of protecting and increasing my client’s bottom line.

 

• During the banking collapse in the early 1990’s, I was a broker consultant for the Resolution Trust Corporation.

 

• As a result of the Great Recession in 2008, I was a consultant and REO Broker for U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, and Downy Savings.  I still have an excellent relationship today with U.S. Bank and their Private Wealth Management Division.

 

• I am certified by NAR (National Association of Realtors) to do Certified Broker Price Opinions (BPOR) for banks, attorneys, trust step up evaluations, and pre marketing evaluations.  I also do consulting and professional letters for attorneys, CPA’s, and others who are in need of my expertise.

 

• I’ve always been at the forefront of understanding new, developing technologies for current marketing techniques and applications.

 

• I have access to all of the Coldwell Banker Realty world class Global Luxury marketing exposure, that is second to none, including a team of highly skilled professionals, in marketing, consulting, graphic design, escrow, title, financing, and transaction coordination.

 

• I have special interests in all types of performance and classic cars.  I’m a licensed pilot, a member of the Adventurer’s Club of Los Angeles, El Bekel Shrine in Orange County, terrestrial & astrophotography, plus other diversified interests.
