Business Philosophy

James E. Batlle, CCIM, Regional Advisor, Certified Associate
Jim began his real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield in Arizona in 1980 with the development of a neighborhood shopping center with Marie Callender Restaurants. He was recruited by Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate to open up their new office in Phoenix and developed the first Tenant/Buyer Representative system for the company. Nichols, Travelers, City of St. Petersburg (FL), and REITs, Jim Batlle has successfully handled all aspects of real estate including residential, retail, industrial, office, land, and investments. In 2005, Jim earned the coveted Chairman’s Club award from RE/MAX Corporate. For 2006, Jim was awarded with Platinum Club status from RE/MAX Real Estate Services and was the top Commercial agent for Southern California. RE/MAX Corporate also inducted Jim into their prestigious Hall Of Fame for his production performance. In 2007, he was again awarded top Commercial agent by RE/MAX and earned and received the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He was then assigned the task in acquiring land for a new office building for Coldwell Banker and in doing such was asked to join Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 2009, Bruce Zipf, the President of Coldwell Banker NRT, then awarded Jim as being the Number One Commercial Agent for Orange County and the Desert Region. In 2010, Jim was promoted to the Regional Advisor position for the area and is currently helping to develop the Global Client Services program with site selection, lease administration and other Corporate real estate functions.
