Ryan Covington

As an Orange County native, Ryan Covington brings a valuable and unique perspective to coastal residential real estate. Before joining Coldwell Banker in 2025, Ryan has relevant professional experiences in commercial real estate and investment banking.

As an Analyst at Colliers International in Los Angeles, he assisted with the valuation processes of commercial real estate projects. As an Investment Banking Analyst at Northwestern Capital Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina, he helped acquire equity capital for a variety of real estate investments. These experiences gave him a unique perspective on the real estate values and the deal structure necessary to help his clients negotiate with transparency on the residential real estate market.

Ryan represents buyers and sellers as a licensed Real Estate Agent throughout Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, and San Clemente, helping each client with an attention to detail through insightful market experience and a specialized approach to achieve the best price possible.

Ryan is a graduate of JSerra Catholic High School and the University of Southern California (USC), where he earned his degree at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Program in Real Estate Development. Ryan values each transaction as an opportunity to educate clients so they can make a well-informed decision at every stage of the home buying process. Ryan enjoys swimming, surfing, and water polo.
