As a Newport Beach resident for 50 years, Bill Anderson grew up here, attending the local schools and body surfing the local beaches. Bill has a keen knowledge and understanding of the area that only time can endow. “I know the history and stories about individual homes, different neighborhoods, about the residents who lived there before and where they are today. Remembering all the stories, I can give pertinent details, insight and information that will help my clients make well-educated decisions in finding their perfect location and ideal home.”

Bill met his wife (Dana) of 31 years while attending USC where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The Marshall School of Business. Dana and Bill have raised their four children here, attending all the same local schools and creating their lives in Newport Beach. His passion for the area is deep-rooted and he loves to share it.
