David Lum

David is a realtor and attorney. After serving corporate clients and working in the public sector for a number of years, David found that his greatest passion is in helping families. David is committed to making the buying and selling process as seamless as possible. He prides himself in being highly responsive and always keeping his clients apprised of what to expect next. David recognizes that each real estate transaction is a serious financial decision and will carefully analyze every purchase and sale to get the best possible deal for his clients.

David has lived in the East Bay his entire life (except for his time obtaining his Bachelors from UC Irvine). He received his Juris Doctor from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings).  David currently lives in Castro Valley with his wife and two daughters.
