Latasha Reed

Latasha Reed is an accomplished real estate and property management leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing single family homes to large-scale multifamily housing portfolios across California.

Throughout her career, Latasha has held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized and privately held real estate organizations with employers such as Greystar, Riaz Capital, MidPen Housing, and Winn Residential. In these roles, she has been responsible for portfolios ranging from multiple high-performing assets to more than 3,500 units, with accountability for budgeting, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and property preservation.

Latasha is known for her ability to align client objectives with execution. She brings deep expertise in accounting and budgeting, while maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and third-party management partners. Her experience also includes contract negotiation, vendor and renovation oversight.

Her leadership approach emphasizes compliance real estate laws, rent control ordinances, and housing credit programs while delivering consistent customer service to Clients and stakeholders alike.

Latasha has held an active California Real Estate License for the past six years and has dedicated her entire career to the real estate industry in some fashion.
