Victor Reginato

A resident of the Bay Area for over 30 years I have experienced a wide variety of cities and communities here in the Bay Area. Some of my earliest memories are of working with my parents to maintain and improve their modest investment properties. From landscaping to carpentry and progressing to leasing, I grew up valuing hard work and recognizing the opportunities that come with real estate ownership. 
After graduating from high school I joined the service and experienced other cultures. Stationed in Japan and renting an apartment, I saw a different way of life and thus a different view on real estate. After my service, I continued to travel but something always brought me back to the Bay Area. While attending San Francisco State I took a leap forward into the field of property management, helping my landlord and good friend refine and improve his investment properties. That experience led me to obtain an associates in Real Estate from Merritt College. I now serve as the Communications Officer for the Merritt Real Estate Forum. The forum is the largest student run organization in the college and is a 501(c) non- profit consisting of current real estate students, former real estate students, with an advisory board composed of business leaders in the real estate field. 
Now working for Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific serving the greater Bay Area my joy comes from consulting, solving problems, communicating, and negotiating. I enjoy facilitating the purchase of investment properties, being a key part in the first time home purchase, aiding in Military relocation and of course helping my sellers transition into something new. What is truly the most important to me is creating value and a lasting relationship with my clients. I look forward to working with you!
