Dale Allen-Rowse began his real estate career in 2003 with RE/MAX CENTRAL in Las Vegas. During his first year in the industry he managed to receive the Platinum Level of sales and in his second year with the company he came in 3rd highest sales in the State. In 2005 Allen-Rowse opened his own brokerage firm, Viridian Group, which was the first paperless real estate office in the city. Viridian Group represented and was involved with several exciting high-rise communities during the Las Vegas building boom.

In 2011 Allen-Rowse received a license for the State of California, met John Allen-Rowse and began selling with Keller Williams Hollywood Hills where he was soon appointed as Director of Education. In 2016 Dale moved his license to eXp Realty where John also became a licensee in 2017. It was also during this time (2016-2019) when Dale worked for Turkel Design, a prefab housing company based in Boston and Palm Springs.

Working as a team, Dale and John Allen-Rowse currently service Los Angeles, Greater Palm Springs, Garner Valley and Idyllwild. It was a natural fit with Coldwell Banker Realty to combine experience and offer stellar service to their clients, while sharing all the wonderful aspects the various desert communities offer.
