While in San Francisco she made career presentations to high schools, universities and appeared in numerous advertisements. While working for an exercise equipment company, she hosted a weekly exercise/interview show on local San Francisco TV and filmed their commercials shown nationally. She also appeared on San Jose TV as a Weather Reporter. Achievements: Cooked with Julia Child at Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa, CA, received her private pilot license, and started a restaurant in the Palm Springs area.
