Being a 4th generation Realtor, Carol was not only exposed to Real Estate at an early age, she inherited a strong, unwavering passion and deep-seated love for the industry she’s now been successful in for over a decade.  In 2005, she began her career at Berkshire Hathaway, where she was honored with the prestigious 'Rookie of the Year' award, and enjoyed a progressive succession for over a decade.   After 10 years at Berkshire Hathaway, she moved her business to Coldwell Banker, where she was one of few chosen to be a Certified Relocation Specialist. She is continually sought out by peers for her expert Real Estate knowledge - even USA Today interviewed her on the Real Estate market trends in June 2013.

After being born in Hollywood and spending the first six years of her life in the Los Angeles area, her family relocated to a very small town in Iowa where she spent the remainder of her youth.  In 1999, she moved back to Southern California, and now lives in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband of 13 years, Peter, and their three boys.  Living in South Bay has given Carol invaluable first-hand knowledge of the outstanding schools and family friendly neighborhoods.

Carol is easy to pick out of a crowd.  She’s the one that makes everyone feel welcome and important.  People are drawn to her warmth and friendliness, not to mention her uncompromising integrity, and strong determination.  These traits admittedly came from her midwestern roots.  She prides herself on the extreme loyalty of her clients, and credits referrals and repeat business from her clients for her success.

She specializes in residential Real Estate in the South Bay area, which includes Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance and Palos Verdes.  No matter the budget or lifestyle needs, Carol has a drive and a passion to find the best options for her clients.  When she's not finding the perfect buyer for her listings, or finding the perfect homes for her clients, she enjoys yoga, running, sailing, playing the piano and spending time with family and friends.
