Dontcher Bramlett

Prior to his career in real estate, Dontcher worked at small, nimble companies that focused on building long-lasting client relationships, consistent communication, and maintaining integrity throughout the entirety of the transaction. Dontcher’s clients know him for his transparency, honesty, and diligence, in addition to holding an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and communities of Los Angeles. He boils down the complexities of the real estate industry into easily digestible pieces, all the while catering directly to his clients’ goals and needs. He’s constantly examining the latest trends in the city, whether they’re real estate or neighborhood-specific while expanding his social sphere to create an all-encompassing picture of the industry. When he’s not touring homes and advocating for his clients, Dontcher looks forward to getting lost in a good book. A passionate home cook, he loves to break bread with his friends and family, and is always on the hunt for new recipes and unique tastes.
