Karen Huante-Alexander has been selling real estate in the greater San Gabriel Valley full time since 1988. Knowledgeable of all aspects of Real Estate, she markets a full range of properties and also has experience in property management. Being confident and creative, Karen seems to put impossible deals together. These challenges keep the job interesting. The other quality you can always expect is a sense of humor!
She has assisted numerous clients in selling and purchasing homes out of state. Familiar with the private and public schools and unique neighborhoods of the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley, Alexander grew up in Altadena/ Pasadena area and graduated from Westridge Prepatory School for Girls.
She attended UCLA with the major of World Arts and Culture. She has been a professional dancer since age 16 and worked behind the scenes in the entertainment industry for 12 years. After living in Los Angeles for 12 years she moved back to the San Gabriel Valley to raise a family. She is active in the Pasadena community, and conducts a Christmas toy drive for Five Acres annually. She makes it her mission to give back to the community. Karen plays an active role at Pasadena High School and is known as "Mom" to many of the students. She is active in the Altadena/ Pasadena community, which makes it easy for her to sell what she knows.
