Lorraine brings over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worn many hats throughout her career. She began in the marketing department of a large brokerage, where she spent a decade mastering both digital and print marketing across local and regional platforms. Her deep understanding of real estate promotion laid a strong foundation for the next phase of her career.

After 10 years in marketing, Lorraine transitioned into office administration, working closely with management to help oversee the operations of a busy real estate office for the next 12 years. In 2021, she earned her real estate license and shifted her focus to working as a licensed assistant, stepping away from administrative duties to engage more directly in the transaction process.

Lorraine’s well-rounded background has equipped her with exceptional skills in marketing and transaction coordination—from the first showing to the final signature. Having worked with Peter and David in various roles over the past two decades, their long-standing professional relationship evolved into a formal partnership when she joined their team in 2024.

Born and raised in Azusa, Lorraine takes pride in serving clients throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to staying current with market trends, she brings both expertise and dedication to every transaction.
