Devin Howes

Devin is the fourth generation to enjoy living in the iconic area of Pasadena/San Marino. Upon getting her drivers license on her sixteenth birthday, Devin took to “cruising” the local streets to admire houses. She would find the remote streets tucked up in Linda Vista, locate the small lakes in San Rafael, identify what house was a Neff or a Coate when driving around the Huntington Library. She was known to figure out the “cute way” to get to school or where ever else she needed to go. This was motivated by her love of houses and wanting to take in the wonderful homes and neighborhoods of Pasadena. Years later she can still be found driving the streets of Pasadena serving her clients in finding their homes in the neighborhoods that suit their dreams. She did venture away for a number of years living in San Francisco as well as spending some time in London, England studying the fine and decorative arts. Yes, she did manage to explore the streets and houses of those two beautiful cities as well. Her reach is beyond Pasadena as she maintains a global referral base from her personal contacts as well as through Coldwell Banker and Global Luxury. The love for Pasadena has been passed along to her three children whom she and her husband raised here.
