Pamela Hillings Tegtmeyer has a 22-year background in residential real estate and a 30-year background in etiquette consulting. She has consulted CEO's, businesses, nonprofits, universities and individuals in manners as well as has given hundreds of speeches on the topic.  She knows how important professionalism is when conducting real estate business.
