For the past four years, Rachel Bondor has served as a Showing Agent, personally touring hundreds of homes across northeast Los Angeles and analyzing the nuances of local neighborhoods, such as Echo Park, Highland Park, Mount Washington, and Monterey Hills. She knows how to guide buyers to see through trendy staging and fresh paint, to the property itself. She doesn’t just see a house; she sees the fine print, the structural details, and the "why" behind the price tag.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was an English and Theater teacher at a local charter school. She values clear communication and building relationships. She’s patient enough to answer the "silly" questions, intelligent enough to navigate complex contracts, and quick-witted enough to keep the complexities of the process light and manageable

She has lived in Los Angeles since 2010 (originally from Cleveland, Ohio) and has had the pleasure of calling Glassell Park, Glendale, and Eagle Rock home. She sends her young children to school in Pasadena and attends church there.
