Professional Experience, Background and Philosophy
Enayat Boroumand has over 28 years of experience investing in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. He has over 10 years of experience working as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker in Portola Valley. On January 1st 2009 Enayat joined Cashin Company Portola Valley In addition to his Real Estate experience he has successfully built several distribution and manufacturing businesses which include a special toothpaste for children, medical insulated bags and a high end French pastry manufacturing facility.
A third generation real estate professional, Enayat's father and grandfather built their careers in Real Estate development and investment. He has been happily married to his lovely wife, Mahrokh for 38 years. They have two beautiful children, a daughter, Sara and a son, Arash. Enayat has lived with his family on the Peninsula for the last 31 years.
