I love real estate because it uses every part of you. To be successful, you have to be a psychologist, financial planner, advisor, interior decorator, advertising wizard, marketing specialist, writer, communicator, negotiator, hand-holder and most importantly, a problem solver.
I've sold every type of home from condos to million dollar mansions since I began my real estate career in 1986.
A journalism degree from USC taught me excellent writing and marketing skills, which I use to prepare a dynamic marketing plan when I list your home. I'm also an Accredited Staging Professional. This unique background allows me to offer you the services of an art director, advertising copywriter and marketing director all in one.
