As an agent who's an expert in this area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling Real Estate. I have been licensed since 1987 and have experience in just about every type of transaction imaginable. I bought my first home in 1980 when the market was pretty rough and interest rates were 18%. That's when I discovered my love for, "Thinking outside the box to make things happen." Combined with my heart for service and my love for listening to people, Real Estate became my focus and representing others to the best of my ability became my passion.

I graduated from CSUS in 1985; got married to the love of my life and enrolled in Real Estate school. I passed my state exam on the first try and selected my first Brokerage where I was privileged to get excellent training and coaching that has carried me all these years.

In those days, we had to hand write our contracts. We didn't have all the automation, technology or personnel available to us today; we had to do everything ourselves. There were no cell phones or automated client listing searches; all of our correspondence was face-to-face, which if given my choice, is still my favorite way to communicate. We learned to serve everyone with respect and authentic consideration.

While I enjoy the modern conveniences of our technology, I am grateful for my humble beginnings because I can handle just about anything that gets thrown at me during a transaction. I am proud of the fact that I close over 98% of my escrows once we are in contract. Due to excellent mentors; great leadership and God's grace, I have been very successful and nothing gives me more joy than to help my clients achieve their goals and dreams. That is the true payoff of being a Realtor!

My husband and I raised our two children in Lincoln on our 20 acre ranch. We started from scratch and learned all about easements, water rights, home development, building and maintaining ponds and eventually how to navigate the complex government process to split acreage. It was a great way to raise our children. I was fortunate to be able to stay involved with our children as they grew up despite working full time. I always volunteered at their schools and helped with their sports and hobbies. In 2017, we moved back to Carmichael where our story began: to live with my mother-in-law and take care of her until she passed away in 2020. We remain in Carmichael. I joined Coldwell Banker in 2019; which was the best career move I could have made.
