Joan Dillon

Joan is an experienced Metro Area Specialist. Born and raised in Sacramento, Joan holds unparalleled knowledge of the Sacramento Metropolitan Area and of the various intricacies of the local neighborhoods and schools. Joan is a dedicated real estate professional and works with a team of highly reputable Coldwell Banker real estate agents. Joan received her California Real Estate Agent License over eight years ago and has worked diligently in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, by providing exceptional customer service and an unwavering commitment to analyzing the local market, to provide clients with a variety of real estate options.

Joan earned her B.A. in Communication Studies and Healthcare Administration, and her M.A. in Educational Leadership and Policies Studies from Sacramento State. She worked formerly as a Marketing/Communications Coordinator at Sutter Health, a Legal Compliance Specialist for the Elk Grove Unified School District, a System Policy Manager for Adventist Health, and as a Project Manager for the Emergency Department at UCDavis Health.

Joan is known for her honesty, and genuine love for people, and engages deeply with every client to help them make one of the biggest decisions in their lifetime. Joan, and her husband, Dan, currently live in McKinley Village. They have two adult daughters, love to travel, and have taken several memorable road trips across the United States in the past few years.

Joan is very involved with her local church and has served on both the Social Committee and the Landscaping Committee for McKinley Village.
