Julie McKechnie

I'm a Sacramento State graduate with over 20 years of professional sales and marketing experience throughout Northern California, serving real estate buyers and sellers since 2010. My clients and associates describe me as a caring person with an authentic personality, intelligent and operating with the highest level of integrity. Whether you are a first-time buyer or sophisticated seller, it is my pleasure to deliver results with skill and confidence.

When I'm not helping buyers and sellers, I love to enjoy the outdoors. I live along the American River in Del Dayo and walk the trail daily with my dog. I keep a season pass at Sugar Bowl for snowboarding and Lake Natoma for paddleboarding. I love to garden and read, and can also be found practicing at Yoga Shala, my home away from home.

I treat clients as I would family, many have become close friends over the years, and I sincerely look forward to hearing from you!
