Meet Matt Kay

Matt grew up in Southern California. He and his wife, Wendy moved to Sacramento in 1997. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Matt worked for one of the world's largest institutional money managers for 7+ years. Due to his relentless work ethic and his dynamic partnership with his business partner/wife Wendy, Matt was able to achieve Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society & SAR's Master's Club in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and in 2010 achieved Master's Lifetime Membership. Unique Perspective
Throughout high school and college Matt had the opportunity to learn the home construction trade. He has done everything from pouring foundations to detailed finish work. After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance, he spent the next seven years working for one of the largest investment firms in the world. This blend of experience allows him to bring to the table both the practical knowledge along with the business acumen required to successfully navigate the real estate market.
