Originally from San Diego, Wendy moved to Sacramento in 1997. She began her real estate investing in 1999 and decided to join Coldwell Banker in 2002. Sacramento has wonderful communities, great places of interest, and a booming Downtown. While Wendy amp; her business partner/husband Matt reside in William Land Park and enjoy selling the "older" communities, they have served Buyers and Sellers throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.
