Javaid Noori has been around real estate his entire life. His mother is an agent and licensed
broker, and ,starting at six years old, he listened to her client conversations, attended open
houses and learned how the whole buying and selling process works. Now a licensed agent
himself, Javaid works in the San Carlos office of Coldwell Banker Realty helping clients achieve
their property goals.

Prior to becoming licensed, Javaid majored in business marketing at the College of San Mateo
and studied real estate principles and practices. He also took classes for Real Estate Finance at
the Chamberlain School. He also spent years in the hospitality industry, as a server at the
Cheesecake Factory at Hillsdale Mall, skills he applies today to connect with clients, earn their
trust and deliver exceptional service and support.

Javaid lives in Belmont and has been active in the local community for years, including
volunteering at a local Rotary Club and serving as the Vice President of the Acts of Random
Kindness Club (ARK). In his spare time, you can find Javaid exploring the Peninsula and
attending farmers markets, festivals and fairs year round. He keeps a constant finger on the
pulse of the city and is always on the MLS studying the local market, enabling him to give clients
