1358 Fell St San Francisco, CA 94117

Welcome to this rare, remarkably preserved late 1800's Victorian in the heart of NOPA, San Francisco's central beating heart. You will find soaring, 11-ft ceilings throughout the home and gorgeous light flooding the living spaces from all sides. Gilded splendor meets modern living in this storied two level home. Behind an arched entry, the formal parlor dazzles with a coffered gold-relief ceiling, harlequin art-tile borders, a sunburst medallion with crystal chandelier, and a carved gilt-and-tile fireplace of embossed Aesthetic Movement tiles. Stained-glass transoms and tall windows flood the room with light. A second fireplace of carved white marble in the flexible parlor space adds classic elegance. A bright, remodeled kitchen with eat in dining, ceiling height cabinets, a second prep sink, and wine storage opens through sleek bi-fold glass doors onto a large deck that walks down to the large, flat yard. This is a true entertaining oasis and a rare city find. Three bedrooms, including a primary suite, two baths, and a dedicated laundry room make up the top level and there are Decks on both floors of the home allowing for seem-less indoor/outdoor flow. A parlor/den can make a perfect fourth bedroom. Parking for four cars (three full size). The garage has plenty of storage and offers an opportunity to expand the home without expanding the footprint. Note that the home is also zoned RH3. Set in the center of everything, moments from NOPA's best restaurants and cafes, the Panhandle, Alamo Square, and Golden Gate Park. This is a unique occasion to own a piece of San Francisco history, fully redone for today's living standards. A rare find that will captivate for years to come.
