In addition to representing individual buyers and sellers, for 12 of those years, Ana represented new home developers such as KB Homes in California and Milstein Properties in New York, among others, with the sale of their new single family residences and condominiums (some in high rises) in various price points. While working for new home developers, Ana underwent numerous rigorous training programs, and as a result of her hard work and track record, Ana achieved positions such as Sales Manager and Director of Sales. As such, Ana has extensive experience promoting, negotiating, selling and guiding clients through the buying and selling process in a wide range of property types, price points, locations and markets.  She also has experience with probate transactions that require court confirmation and has a successful track record at selling properties that are difficult to sell.

Personal Background

Represent Sellers and Buyers with real estate transactions involving single family residences and condominiums in all price ranges. When representing sellers, I advise them on the presentation of their homes to derive the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time and develop an individual marketing plan. When representing buyers, I take their requirements into consideration to find them the home of their dreams. I guide both sellers and buyers to accomplish their goals. I protect their interests as if they were my own. I have been assisting buyers and sellers since 1985 and, consequently, have a lot of experience to share with my clients.  I also speak Spanish fluently.

On a personal level, I have 3 beautiful daughters, enjoy music, dancing, like the arts in general, festivals, love nature, sunsets, rainbows, walks on the beach and the forest, yoga, good food and wine.
