Brit Bertino

As the leader of Coldwell Banker's San Francisco market, I oversee a 250+ agent brokerage producing more than $1 billion annually in residential, investment, and commercial real estate sales. My role focuses on operational leadership, agent growth, brokerage performance, risk management, compliance, recruiting, and creating an environment where top producers can thrive in one of the most competitive and complex real estate markets in the country.

I work closely with agents, legal counsel, and regional leadership to support transaction strategy, dispute resolution, business development, and scalable growth while ensuring operational excellence remains at the forefront.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I served as a Field Manager and Branch Manager with Windermere Real Estate, supporting more than 600 agents across Northern California.

Throughout my career, I've been passionate about coaching, recruiting, and helping agents build businesses that are both successful and sustainable. My leadership style is centered around culture, accountability, collaboration, and delivering real results.

Prior to moving into full time brokerage leadership, I worked extensively with buyers, sellers, and builders throughout Northern California. As the founder of Builder Connect, I developed partnerships between builders and resale agents that increased collaboration, market exposure, and sales opportunities within new home communities.

At the core of everything I do is a people first mindset. Real estate is a relationship business, and I believe that when you lead with service, integrity, and consistency, success naturally follows.

Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my children, Callen and Gage, exploring new communities, staying active, cooking and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. Because at the end of the day, while real estate is what we do, the people we love are why we do it.
