Janice Lee

Janice Lee boasts a distinguished nineteen-year career in real estate, distinguishing herself within the elite 1% of all San Francisco Bay Area residential agents based on sales volume, with over 600 transactions completed. Nationally recognized, Janice ranks in the top ½% of agents nationwide, achieving the #228 position in volume in California by RealTrends in 2023 and named Ms. San Francisco by the DLE Network. Leading the #1 Coldwell Banker Team, she is also ranked among the Top 20 agents on the San Francisco Peninsula and holds the #11 spot Nationwide with the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

Janice earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Asian Studies from Mount Holyoke College, graduating Cum Laude. She furthered her education with Mandarin studies at Beijing Normal University through Princeton in Beijing and Hamilton College’s Associated Colleges in China. She also pursued coursework in Finance, Economics, and Politics at Hong Kong University and Amherst College's Tuck School of Business. Continuously dedicated to professional growth, Janice regularly attends real estate and marketing courses to enhance client service and market expertise.

Beyond her role as an agent, Janice has leveraged her expertise as a principal in real estate transactions encompassing horizontal extensions, condominium conversions, and multifamily investments and new construction. She consults with property owners, flippers, developers, and investors on value-added renovation designs that maximize returns.

Janice leads a dynamic team supported by full-time marketing and office staff, enabling her to execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs.  With her marketing expertise, market knowledge, and negotiation skills, Janice consistently exceeds expectations and generates amazing results. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Janice and her multilingual team are adept at communicating with diverse clientele, fostering successful negotiations across cultures.

A committed leader within her community, Janice co-founded the San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate Lions Club and established the Chinese Real Estate Association of America Foundation. As 2019 Chairwoman of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America, she dedicates herself to educating real estate professionals and consumers alike.

Janice is serious about her real estate career and takes professional development courses on a regular basis. She completed Negotiation, Residential Investment Analysis, Investment Analysis, Tax Consequences of Real Estate and is a National Association of Realtors Green Designated Agent. Janice also attended the Hong Kong Trade and Macau Trade Mission to build her network of agents, buyers, developers, and government officials.
