Nick Bonn

Nick Bonn is a real estate advisor and investment sales specialist with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Previously, Nick worked at Marcus & Millichap as a First Vice President of Investments from 2014 to 2024.  Nick's core focus is sales & marketing of apartment, mixed-use and retail properties in San Francisco. Over the years, Nick and his team have set several sales records for multifamily and mixed-use assets in the Bay Area.

Some of Nick’s notable transactions include the sale of a 7-building portfolio spread throughout prime submarkets of San Francisco that he sold for a total of $28 million, a 12-unit mixed-use property in Russian Hill that he sold for $8 million, and a portfolio of three multifamily properties in the Haight Ashbury & Ashbury Heights that he and his team sold for $15 million.
