For nearly two decades, Nick has been working in almost every aspect of the real estate industry. Beginning his career in New York City, he was an agent with Stribling (acquired by Compass), one of the top luxury real estate brokerages in NYC. In addition to his experience as a real estate agent, Nick has also been a real estate investor, project manager and is a current homeowner and landlord in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights.

Nick has been awarded Coldwell Banker’s Sterling Award, as one of Coldwell Banker’s top producing agents globally. Additionally, Nick has been named to numerous “Top Agents” lists and was listed as the Best Real Estate Agent of 2020 by SFist.com. Having grown up and lived in San Francisco for over 30 years, Nick has an intimate knowledge of the city and the greater Bay Area.
