Yianni Kintis

Yianni Kintis is an investment advisor specializing in the sale of apartment buildings throughout San Francisco. As a member of CB Commercial, Yianni combines his investment sales experience, property management expertise, and firsthand ownership perspective with a deep understanding of the San Francisco multifamily market to help clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and achieve their long-term investment objectives.

A San Francisco native, investor, and property owner, Yianni brings firsthand experience and insight into the challenges and opportunities facing apartment owners today. His extensive knowledge of the city’s real estate market, evolving regulations, and investment landscape allows him to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Recognized for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Yianni is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating value throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Prior to joining CB Commercial, Yianni began his career in investment sales at Marcus Millichap, where he spent more than two years advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout San Francisco. During this time, he developed expertise in property valuation, market analysis, negotiation strategy, and transaction execution, building a foundation that enables him to effectively guide clients through complex investment decisions.

Yianni is a proud alumnus of St. Ignatius College Preparatory and earned a degree in Business from St. John’s University in New York City. Following graduation, he managed a portfolio of more than 300 apartment units throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, further strengthening his understanding of property operations, asset management, and ownership. Outside of work, Yianni enjoys basketball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
