Kendra is a native of Santa Cruz, who grow up right here in Pleasure Point and is deeply rooted in the local community. A second generation realtor, Kendra has been mentored by and has worked alongside her mother, a successful local realtor since 2004. Kendra has been practicing real estate since 2015. She also works in a partnership with Erik Maier who has been practicing successfully for the last 8 years. Kendra also has maintained close relationships with local probate, estate planning, and Real Estate attorneys. Working within an experienced team of realtors gives Kendra's clients an advantage, in addition to the unrivalled network of agents and listings Coldwell Banker has to offer.

Kendra has a vast knowledge of every neighborhood, beach, school district as well as local shops and dining whether its Pleasure Point, Capitola, Seacliff, Soquel, Rio Del Mar or Aptos. In addition to being a successful realtor for the past 8 years, Kendra has also ran a successful salon business for over the past 20 years. Her business has allowed her to build great relationships with her extensive clientele and has acquired numerous contacts with people all over the Santa Cruz County area and the greater Bay Area.
